Bulgari invited key regional press to Bali to celebrate the fragrance’s launch with a series of oceanic inspired experiences to match the aquatic theme. Guests gathered for sunset cocktails at the jawdropping Rock Bar, located on natural rocks 14 meters above the ocean, before a seafood barbecue dinner at the adjacent sand-floored Kisik seafood restaurant. The next day, guests enjoyed signature spa treatments at AYANA’s Thermes Marins Bali Spa, renowned for its thalassotherapy and marineinspired wellbeing rituals such as the ‘Sand, Sea and Shell’ body treatment. This treatment includes a Sand & Shell body scrub, refreshing Sea Crystal Mineral Bath, soothing body massage, and detoxifying Green Sea Mud Body Wrap. With complete immersion in the natural healing power of the ocean, this spa ritual was the perfect pampering experience to complement the regional launch of Aqva Amara.

Perfumer Jacques Cavallier enriched the fragrance’s composition with noble ingredients making it more luxurious, while preserving the distinctive aquatic and Mediterranean character. Named after “bitter water” in Italian, Aqva Amara includes accords of Sicilian mandarin mixed with oil of neroli flower, with base notes of Indonesian patchouli and white incense olibanum.
