Plans are progressing for Cottonwood’s Boston development, which will span over 1 million square feet. The completed project will include three towers consisting of approximately 900,000 square feet of residential space, including Regent branded residences and serviced apartments along with 125,000 square feet of retail space. Regent will also launch in Boston a new Dining Club concept; a social club that will offer residents and hotel guests a fine dining experience and a place for relaxation.
