The Board of Directors authorized the signing of a business segment contribution agreement between the Accor and AccorInvest entities.
The Board of Directors agreed the convocation of a special meeting of shareholders to be held on 30 June 2017, to approve the contribution agreement and the corresponding contribution, as well as meetings of applicable bondholders, in accordance with law and regulations.
Applicable reports and other documents will be made available to shareholders and bondholders in accordance with law.
