Need for new five-star hotels (Pakistan, Karachi)

Industries and Trade Minister, Adil Siddiqui, has said that construction of new five-star hotels was inevitable in the city to cater to the growing demands of rooms by foreign visitors. In a statement issued on Wednesday, he said that the need has been desperately felt for new quality hotels to provide lodging and boarding facility to the foreigners in Karachi. He noted that the successful holding of IDEAS-2006 has clearly indicated the fact that Karachi was the most suitable and safe city for hosting mega events. The minister said that holding of IDEAS has helped improve the image of Pakistan at international level.
