Halaseh kicked off her career at http://www.fourseasons.com/amman/ Hotel Amman back in January 2011 as a Concierge Agent. A few years later she completed a one month concierge task force at http://www.fourseasons.com/amman/ Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa to expand her experience in the field. Her career unfolded very quickly after that as a year later in 2016 she was promoted to Guest Experience Supervisor and quickly became a manager leading her to her new role as Chef Concierge with the golden keys.
Halaseh said of her keys, “I'm very excited about this. These golden keys really solidify the hard work I have to put into learning all the ways of being the best concierge I can be. It is important for me to be relatable and available to guests no matter what they need, and of course my forte is sharing all the most important tips and suggestions to have the most memorable stay in Amman and Jordan."
