Following the ever-increasing demand for a more dedicated wellness area, the spa enhancements have been completed and include a new Juice Bar and refreshed treatment rooms with a more contemporary feel and additional sustainable features.

The treatment rooms feature pyramid hip roofs which allow for better natural insulation and ventilation. Beautiful round pendant lights have been used to soften the rooms’ angular lines, creating more balanced and cozier spaces.

The bar will serve refreshing and tasty juices including important nutrients which feed the guests’ bodies as well as the 100s of trillions of cells that make up their microbiome, the important ‘bugs’ that call their bodies home. This new menu includes drinks made of a variety of vegetables, herbs, spices and fruit many of which are grown in the resort’s organic garden and contain lower amounts of fructose. Six Senses Yao Noi wellness experts will guide guests through those options which are best suited to their personalized wellness programs. Those not on a program will find the selection equally tempting and nutritious.

“The enhancements within the Six Senses Spa village are in line with the company’s values,” explained Graham Grant, general manager of Six Senses Yao Noi. “The Juice Bar provides a great platform for guests to connect with like-minded souls, while offering the opportunity to take their wellness journeys to a higher level.”

Six Senses Spa village is nestled in the lush tropical hillside offering a wide range of holistic wellness, rejuvenation and beauty treatments administered under the guidance of in-house experts and regular visiting practitioners. The tranquil spa features 10 treatment rooms, one beauty room, sauna and steam room and fitness center. Guests wanting to take their well-being to another level can do so with personalized wellness programs which commence with a wellness screening and movement efficiency test by Fusionetics. Based on the results, a wellness expert recommends spa treatments and wellness and fitness activities as well as food to eat and avoid to suit their needs and desired goals.

Take-home recipes will be provided upon guests request. One of the recommended juices that guests can try at home will be the Kick Start which falls under the Cleanse and Detox in the Integrated Wellness Program regime.

Kick Start
3 Medium Carrots
3/4 Cup Young coconut water
1/2 1 inch piece of ginger
