In 2012, we surfed on the wave of digital transformation and unveiled an app to make life easier for you. Today it’s official: it has been downloaded 5,185,516 times* since its launch!
France is top of the league table with more than a million downloads on the French stores, followed by Brazil with 690,000 downloads and finally the United Kingdom with more than 400,000 downloads.Before, during and after your stayThe AccorHotels mobile app helps you to plan your trip from A to Z. Pay a virtual visit to the hotel of your choice and book some activities for your stay. You can use the app to rent a car to explore your destination, for example, and to access up to 75 city guides. A last minute meeting? Book a table in one of our 3,000 restaurants, or a day work space for one or more people. Thanks to the app your mobile phone will be your best friend during your stay and participating in the LCAH loyalty programme will make your friendship last even longer. 93% of users are members of the programme!Continual improvementThe app has continually evolved and improved with each update. Every month users are offered a new update with at least one new function, partly based on user comments and feedback.
