This unique culinary event played host to a collection of Michelin Starred Chefs, Bocuse D’Or winners and award-winning Sommeliers.
The 13th edition of Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau has been no less, we had the chance the welcome Three-star Michelin Chef, Harald Wohlfahrt; Tommy Myllymaki, Bocuse d'Or Europe 2014, Bocuse d'Or 2015 Bronze Sweden, Best Sommelier of Norway 2013, Liora Levi; Pierre Hermé , World's Best Pastry Chef in 2016, Anne-Sophie Bercet, 2017 France Young Pastry Chef among many others.Winners among winners, here’s the full list of our winners who did their very best in the competitions held during the Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau:Michael Reis from Johanns restaurant in Waldkirchen, Germany and Arshil Soopun from Constance Ephelia Seychelles, winners of the culinary competition.
Second prize of the Culinary Contest went to the duo Arnaud Viel, Chef of Hostellerie La Renaissance in France and Sacha Dinnoo of Constance Prince Maurice.Third prize to Mark Kempson, Chef of the Litchen W8 restaurant, London, UK and Aaron Pharabeau from Constance Lemuria, Seychelles.
The Deutz Trophy went to Michael Reis from Germany
Best Sommelier of the Festival has been awarded to Manish Boodhoo from Constance Belle Mare Plage.
"Art de la Table" competition, the prize went to Gloria Marie from Constance Prince Maurice:
Rajeshwar Rugoobur from Constance Prince Maurice: winner of Nespresso Café Gourmand contest.
Winner of Constance Cocktails competition: Rahul Manveer from Constance Belle Mare Plage.
For the Constance Pastry Competition "Trophy Pierre Hermé & Valrhona" it was Pastry Chef, Iven Chitray working at Constance Prince Maurice, who conquered the jury.
