Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay announces the appointment of Jason Rodgers as Hotel Manager of the landmark urban hotel that recently transformed into a fully-fledged island resort with the addition of The Four Seasons Beach.

A 20-year veteran of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and formerly with four other Four Seasons properties, Rodgers brings a wealth of international experience, specialising in luxury hospitality operations.

As Hotel Manager, Rodgers will oversee the day-to-day operations of the 51-storey Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, including managing 273 luxury guest rooms and suites, the ultra-spacious spa and wellness centre, seven distinct restaurants and lounges, and the 160 metre (525 foot) long white-sand beach.

Rodgers has garnered global recognition for his sophisticated vision and flawless execution in creating the best possible bespoke environments for guests to experience.

“Consistent, mindful service and continual product enhancement is what sets Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay apart from the competition. Guests desire personalised experiences and the brand supports tailoring their times spend with us. That is why our guests are loyal to the Hotel and the brand.”

After graduating with a Bachelor of Hotel Management from Canberra Australia, Rodgers caught the travel bug. “I moved around a lot growing up and so I always had a strong desire to travel and discover new cultures and destinations. Working in hotels seemed to complement my mindset and it was a natural way to pursue my calling.”

Having worked in the Middle East for nearly five years and accumulating a significant experience in both city hotel and resort management, Rodgers felt a strong connection with the region. “I wanted to experience the Kingdom of Bahrain. Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is one of the best properties in the company. It has a huge operation, especially with the addition of The Four Seasons Beach.”

Rodgers loves contributing to the never ending 24/7 365-day operation. “No day is the same. I am attracted to hotels because they present interesting challenges on a daily basis and are fun settings to connect and collaborate with an amazing team on delivering the very best guest experiences.”
