John Brunold is named general manager, Outrigger Napili Shores, Outrigger

Steve Winter, vice president of operations for Outrigger’s Condominium Collection is pleased to announce the appointment of John Brunold as general manager of the Outrigger Napili Shores, one of five resort condominiums on Maui managed by Outrigger Enterprises Group. In his
new position, Brunold is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the property including overseeing all departments and ensuring the growth and prosperity of the property. Brunold also will serve as Outrigger’s
representative with the property’s Association of Apartment Owners, making owner relations a key component of his job.

A long time hotelier, Brunold has over thirty years of general manager experience at numerous hotels and resorts around the world, including Royal Kona Resort, Hawaii; Quality Hotel Maingate, California; Holiday Inn,
California; Sheraton Ocean Inn, Florida; Kings Inn & Golf Club-Princess Hotel, Bahamas; and Thredbo Alpine Hotel, Australia.

Prior to joining Outrigger, Brunold was general manager at the 510-room Royal Lahaina Resort, Maui, Hawaii. He attended Ealing Hotel and Catering College where he earned a Bachelor's degree equivalent in Hotel & Restaurant
Management. Over the years, Brunold also has obtained various hospitality industry designations, including Certified Hotel Administer (CHA), General Managers Certification, and Hospitality Industry Marketing Certification.

The Outrigger Napili Shores is situated along a magnificent oceanfront setting on Maui. The property is nearing completion of an extensive rooms renovation, and guests can enjoy comfortably spacious studio and one-bedroom units, each with a private lanai, full kitchen and cable TV. Facilities include two restaurants, swimming pools, a whirlpool and barbecue/picnic areas. Guests also enjoy access to beautiful Napili Bay and three championship Kapalua golf courses.
