With a creative approach that pioneers blending classic design with trend-led pieces, it has some of the foremost lighting brands in the US. Hudson Valley Lighting Group is bringing its unique style to Europe, launching new collections in the City of Lights – Paris, at Maison et Objet (6-10 September 2019).

Renowned throughout North America for elegant design which span a multitude of styles, the collections transform a space whether it has a contemporary, traditional, or industrial aesthetic.

Hudson Valley Lighting Group is comprised of four industry recognised brands: Hudson Valley Lighting, Mitzi, Troy Lighting, and Corbett Lighting. Each brand is united by common principles: the pursuit of excellence, a design-driven culture, attention to ever-changing environmental considerations, and a commitment to the highest possible quality.

Hudson Valley Lighting

Comprising a diverse range of styles, Hudson Valley Lighting’s pieces are at once classically cool and ahead of trend. Central to the brand’s philosophy is the ‘out-of-the-box experience’ combined with a built-to-last quality. Highlights include the star like qualities of the Dunkirk chandelier which, takes inspiration from Sarfatti and the wonder of exploding fireworks, to the ethereal qualities of Fenwater which emulates the beauty of frozen water.
New to Hudson Valley is The Classics, a collection from Mark D. Sikes, the interior designer known for creating beautiful and timeless interiors that mix American and European, traditional and modern and new and old sensibilities. His designs capture the unexpected in the forms of chandeliers, pendants, sconces, and more.

Mitzi

Mitzi mixes classic contemporary with attainable high design that does not compromise on quality. Each fixture embodies form and function, allowing for less clutter and more creativity. Estee is a modern take on a chandelier with multiple round glass shades whilst the Mia table lamp echoes the feel of Estee with two circular shades on a marble base.

Troy

Troy approaches design with a sense of curiosity, creating an eclectic line of artisan-made fixtures that are both sophisticated and casual. Drawing from a vast range of geographical influences, using intriguing and versatile materials, Troy’s pieces elicit emotion and make an impact. Nature-inspired shades such as Breuer or Balboa add texture and organic shapes whilst the clean lines of the District glass pendant light add instant cool to any interior.

Corbett

Corbett prides itself on unique pieces that must be seen to be believed. Striking designs, rich materials, and hand applied finishes are Corbett’s hallmarks, creating fixtures that demand the centre of attention. Ambrosia is a chandelier with round discs stamped with texture and finished in gold and silver leaf mix interspersed with sparkling clear crystal discs which rain down in a cascading formation from its tiered frame.
Award-winning celebrity designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard has created a glamourous collection with Corbett Lighting that exudes the golden age of Hollywood. With over 25 styles in multiple finishes the offering includes chandeliers, pendants, sconces, and more.
