Along with the new packages, Azerai Resorts has unveiled sweeping new health and safety protocols at both Azerai Can Tho and Azerai La Residence, Hue, designed to ensure maximum protection for both guests and staff. Both properties have also received a safe travel designation from the Vietnamese government under the new “Business Ensures Safety” program.

“Our resorts have remained fully operational the past several months while adhering to Vietnamese government and World Health Organization guidelines, and we have continued to provide our guests with safe and memorable travel experiences,” said Clive Ellul Hawthorn, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Azerai Resorts.

Among the new protocols that have been adopted are increased frequency in cleaning and disinfecting of all public areas of the resorts, maintaining adequate social distance at all times between staff and guests, and extensive new “deep cleaning” procedures in guest rooms, including mandatory 48-hour vacancy periods between guests.

AZERAI RESORTS

Azerai is a new story and brand of resorts offering guests simple elegance, refined design, and discreet and attentive service in places of unique beauty and cultural interest. The brand was formed by hotelier Adrian Zecha, and the name is derived from Zecha’s initials and the latter part of a Persian word, caravanserai, which references the storied old inns of the Middle East.
