Brown’s Hotel, a Rocco Forte Hotel located on one of Mayfair’s most prestigious addresses, will reopen on 1st September 2020 with in-room dining experiences and bespoke offerings, inviting guests to enjoy the hotel’s understated elegance as well as sophisticated surroundings for a truly memorable stay.

Brown’s is a mere five-minute walk to the beautiful parks of Green Park and St. James. In keeping with the hotel’s central location, the hotel has teamed up with Pashley Cycles, England’s oldest bicycle manufacturer established in 1926. These vintage bicycles will be on hand for guests to make the most of the outdoors along with a bespoke bike safari itinerary, created by the team at Brown’s.

Adam Byatt, Chef Director of the hotel’s restaurant Charlie’s, has created together with his team a classic ‘British Picnic’, filled with delectable produce. To enable guests with refuelling time – guests can tell the team the park and time of desire and the feast will await within a London green space, all accompanied by a Picnic Host.

Brown’s Hotel will also be providing guests with the opportunity to indulge in an enhanced Suite dining experience, for ultimate exclusivity and privacy with family and friends. Suite guests will be able to order directly to their suite for lunch or dinner, with dishes including Crab salad, whole Roast rouse, Dover sole, Parmesan risotto, or a tailored menu of choice.

On arrival, guests booking suites will be welcomed with their favourite cocktail, prepared by world-renowned cocktail maestro Salvatore Calabrese. Those who wish to retreat to the privacy of their Suite can enjoy the stylish designs by Olga Polizzi, Director of Design at Rocco Forte Hotels, whilst those who prefer to linger in the hotel’s chic Donovan Bar can soak up the art and photography woven into the property’s history.

Managing Director, Stuart Johnson, comments on the hotel reopening:We are counting down the days until we can welcome guests back through our doors once more. Personalised experiences are in our DNA and, as the country adapts to the new norm, we must too with new ways of offering enhanced bespoke services. We are fortunate to be situated close to some of London’s most prestigious green spaces and, with our wonderful new partnership with Pashley Cycles, tailored itineraries and delicious picnic baskets on offer, guests will be able to make the most of the outdoors in the very heart of Mayfair”.

The exquisite 115 rooms and suites offer comfort and style, marrying heritage features with contemporary touches, and combined with exceptional cuisine and the urban oasis of The Spa, Brown’s Hotel provides a truly memorable stay.

Brown’s Hotel

Brown’s Hotel is quintessentially British with a hint of the unexpected. London’s first hotel boasts 115 authentically-designed rooms and suites designed by Olga Polizzi. Each plays tribute to the hotel’s illustrious heritage and world-renowned charm. The Kipling Suite, the jewel in Brown’s crown of suites, honours Rudyard Kipling who famously wrote ‘The Jungle Book’ at the hotel. Home to some of London’s finest dining experiences, Brown’s signature Donovan Bar takes inspiration from its namesake, iconic 1960’s photographer Terence Donovan; Charlie’s, the restaurant, serves contemporary British fare with European influences; and The Drawing Room, where Queen Victoria took tea, honours the quintessentially British custom of serving traditional afternoon tea. Welcome to Brown’s Hotel. Where history endures and the legacy continues.
