The reveiling was live via on the committee’s YouTube channel and Facebook platforms. The Aether team is composed of Eric Shipley, Pauline Savoldi-Loyrion, Léa Mostermans and Jade Paganon-Simon. They stood out by communicating in a clear and convincing manner an innovative strategy that knows how to meet a need, solve a problem, and create a new market to face the challenges presented in the case studies of the ÉPIK Collection Group and the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. They presented distinct advantages combining efficiency, feasibility, and profitability to drive business success while maintaining sensitivity to environmental and social implications. A great source of inspiration for future generations.Distinction AwardsThe first position: Each member of the winning team will receive a HumanYo + Impact scholarship including personalized coaching on leadership strategy, a value of CAD 500, offered by Founder and CEO Ghani Kolli. In addition, the team will have a VIP experience at the Fairmont Château Frontenac, with a 3-night stay, including breakfast and a dinner at SamBistro, as well as a private tour of the establishment.
