Currently present in the Bulgari properties of Dubai, Beijing, Shanghai, Milano and Paris, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito is an Italian restaurant directed by Niko Romito, renowned chef patron of the 3 Michelin star restaurant Reale in Abruzzo, Italy. For Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, Chef Romito has designed a new gastronomic concept which preserves the fundamental philosophy of simplicity, synthesis and a quest for the quintessence of flavour.
Working from his headquarters in Italy he regularly counsels the Bulgari Hotel Beijing resident Executive Chef Stefano Nicodemo, and Daniele Ferrari, Chef de Cuisine, to create a menu that optimally expresses the culture, elegance and vitality of “Made in Italy”.
With this award, the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts collection keeps counting a total of 5 Michelin stars gained by its restaurants in Beijing and Shanghai, with both Il Ristorante - Niko Romito and Bao Li Xuan**, and in Tokyo with Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin.
