In the newly created position, his main task is to provide expert support to clients throughout the entire cycle of a hotel project development.
This includes, in particular, the preparation of room and function programs, architect briefings, planning optimisations, investment cost estimates, interior design tenders and ongoing project monitoring.
The architect and urban planner previously worked for Implenia Schweiz AG, Zurich Insurance Company and most recently for Eiffage Suisse AG.
Winker has also taught at the University of Liechtenstein in the master's program Responsible Property Development and at the SVIT Swiss Real Estate School in Construction & Project Management, as well as lecturing in Munich at the EU Business School Munich in Architecture & Hotel Design Management.
