Reporting directly to CEO Roeland Vos, Charlotte will be part of Belmond’s Executive Committee and will lead the company’s human resources function globally. She begins her role on 3rd January 2023.

Charlotte joins from multinational personal care and beauty product retailer Sephora, where she worked as Vice President of Global Talent, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In this position, Charlotte was instrumental in shaping Sephora’s global company culture.

At Belmond, Charlotte will play a key role in the development of best-in-class employee journey as well as leading the rollout of the Employee Value Proposition, accelerating our commitments to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, encouraging best-practice sharing across all markets and developing our people around the world.

Roeland Vos said of the appointment: “Charlotte’s wealth of experience will be critical as we continue to build a globally inclusive and engaged team of talent that delivers the genuine and incomparable experiences our guests expect and deserve. We are very delighted to have her on board.”

A British citizen who has spent the last 26 years living and working in France, Charlotte is excited to return to London, where her new role will be based.
