The hotel boasts various highly curated spaces, including the stunning Argo cocktail bar, a chic yet casual venue designed by AB Concept.
A Welcoming Cocktail Experience in Hong Kong
With over 20 years of existence and founded by Ed Ng and Terence Ngan, AB Concept conceived the majestic interiors of the Argo cocktail bar, one of the must-visit destinations of the prestigious Four Seasons Hong Kong.
Argo reveals a welcoming experience that celebrates botany and offers a serene space where one can escape from the busy scene of Hong Kong. The renowned venue brims with outstandingly decorated areas. For one of those spaces, AB Concept chose one of PullCast’s most emblematic pulls to embellish the beautiful doors of a particular Argo section.
Deluxe Bar with a Conservatory-Inspired Interior Design
Upon entering the bar, guests can find numerous meticulous details. The interior design has a conservatory-like style, hence the abundant use of glass roofs and walls and plenty of greenery. This space features a sleek and curved nature with small terrariums that hang beautifully from the ceiling.
Furthermore, the modern bar is best known for its innovative and explorative cocktails like the Argo Martini or the Red Rock Sazerac cocktails, which perfectly embody the location and prestige of the hotel.
The Hardware: A Bespoke Model of Kesya EA1066
AB Concept commissioned a bespoke model of the Kesya door pull - with lengthier proportions - to adorn the doors of one of the luxury environments.
Kesya was the very first piece designed for PullCast’s exclusive Earth collection. This collection was born as the result of PullCast’s constant pursuit to find the most distinguished forms, shapes, and textures and convert them into unique hardware pieces motivated by the wonders of nature.
The Kesya door pull possesses an intriguing character, inspired by the uneven texture of the bark pine tree, known for its endless evergreen. Kesya properly fits the theme of the Argo Cocktail Bar due to its inspiration pairing well with its surrounding elements, and its distinguished brass form allows for a unique sculptural scheme.
Just like all handles and pulls produced by PullCast, Kesya arose using the best techniques by a skilled team of craftsmen. It highlights a vigorous silhouette in brass full of details to illustrate its primary inspiration. The standard finish for this piece is polished brass, but it is also available in both aged and brushed brass.
