The 91-bedroom Moxy Paris Clamart is scheduled for opening late 2023, in a partnership with Spirit REIM Services, Eiffage Immobilier and COFFIM.

Located within the ZAC Grand Canal region of the Parisian suburb, hotel guests can enjoy the brand’s communal play spaces alongside Art Deco interior designs.

Complementing further Cycas Hospitality developments in the region, is the forthcoming opening of Hyatt Place Rouen, the first Hyatt hotel within the Normandy region.

Scheduled to open late 2023, Hyatt Place Rouen will offer 78 guestrooms, meeting spaces for approximately 100 guests and a state-of-the-art gym and swimming pool.

The property will be developed from a former 19th century school building, located near the railway station and the old city centre.

Reflecting the strong momentum in the select service category across Europe, Hyatt Place Rouen is the second Hyatt Place hotel in France operated by Cycas Hospitality and the first under a hotel management agreement.

This opening strengthens Cycas’ portfolio of Hyatt properties, including the dual-branded Hyatt Place & Hyatt House properties at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport and the 280-room Hyatt Place London City East.

Set to open in early 2025, Cycas is working with Marriott Hotels & Resorts to develop the 86-room hotel Moxy Le Havre based in the Normandy area of France.

Moxy Le Havre, Cycas’ 4th Moxy hotel opening, will form part of a multi-purpose complex within the region and is owned by the family-run ETAMINE company.

Set between France’s second largest port, train station, beach and marina, this development will transform the former EM Normandie campus site into a new urban centre within this popular business destination and world heritage city.

Asli Kutlucan, Chief Development Officer at Cycas Hospitality noted: “Achieving growth through these new partnerships and consolidating our successful relationships with Marriott Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels is an incredibly exciting way to start 2023. We are delighted to be expanding our footprint in France and working with our valued partners to bring the Cycas Hospitality approach and unrivalled hospitality expertise to these dynamic French destinations.”
