The Campbell House team, led by Creative Director Jese Medina-Suarez, will design the food and beverage area with two restaurants, a bar and a terrace, as well as eleven meeting rooms (including the ballroom) and the 107 rooms and suites. The renovation of the indoor pool and spa is as well part of the design scope.
The prestigious luxury property built at the beginning of the 20th century in Louis XVI style architecture, was a former hunting lodge commissioned by the French composer Fernand Halphen for his wife.
Halphen was inspired by the forest and the hunt, one of his passions commissions the architect Guillaume Tronchet to build a monumental pavilion to celebrate music and evoke the world of hunting. The construction is finalized in 1911 and was transformed to become a hotel in 1990.

The property signed under a management agreement with Groupe BMF and Groupe PFH, will join IHG Hotels & Resorts, and as InterContinental’s flagship hotel in France after renovation in 2024.
