Most notably, Caruso’s, the acclaimed signature restaurant at Rosewood Miramar Beach known for its commitment to culinary excellence and green initiatives, was awarded its first Five-Star distinction.
In just a short span of five years, this Michelin-starred destination has firmly cemented its status as a pioneering force, setting the gold standard not only in the realm of fine dining but also as a trailblazer in the field of sustainability, revolutionizing the relationship between gourmet cuisine and environmental stewardship. This Five-Star rating for Caruso’s has earned Rosewood Miramar Beach the rare triple Five-Star status, which is awarded to those properties who have garnered Five-Stars on behalf of their hotel or resort, spa, and restaurant.
In addition to Caruso’s first Five-Star win, every hotel, resort, restaurant and spa retained their Five-Star status from 2023, with many holding their position for several consecutive years, such as Rosewood Mayakoba and Rosewood Sand Hill, both of which have garnered this ultimate accolade for 10 years running.
These consistent results showcase Rosewood’s steadfast dedication to providing unparalleled, ever-evolving hospitality experiences as guided by the brand’s A Sense of PlaceÒ philosophy, which thoughtfully integrates the history, culture and sensibilities of a destination into each of its hotels, resorts, restaurants, and spas.
This year’s Five-Star hotel, resort, restaurant, and spa winners include:

- Rosewood Sand Hill, for the 10th consecutive year
- Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort, for the ninth consecutive year
- Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, for the sixth consecutive year
- Rosewood San Miguel de Allende, for the sixth consecutive year
- Rosewood Hong Kong, for the fifth consecutive year
- Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, for the fifth consecutive year
- Rosewood London, for the fifth consecutive year
- Rosewood Miramar Beach, for the third consecutive year
- Rosewood Little Dix Bay, for the second consecutive year
- Sense, A Rosewood Spa at Mayakoba, for the eighth consecutive year
- Sense, A Rosewood Spa at Miramar Beach, for the fifth consecutive year
- Asaya, Rosewood Hong Kong, for the third consecutive year
- Caruso’s at Rosewood Miramar Beach
Along with the Five-Star recognitions, an impressive total of 21 hotels, resorts, restaurants, and spas were awarded with Four-Star and Recommended ratings, with Rosewood Villa Magna entering the list with a Four-Star status for the first time since its debut in 2021.
