 TTG Luxury Travel Awards 2024 - Anantara - Luxury Hotel Company of the Year

All entrants had to give a detailed entry submission covering a wide range of areas, such as operations; customer service; staff care; and innovation in product; as well as demonstrating their commitment to running a Smarter, Better, Fairer business, in line with TTG Media’s own core purpose. Entries were then judged by panels of industry experts.
The TTG Luxury Travel Awards judges said: “Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas is a worthy winner that showcases the whole package beyond just exceptional product. We were particularly impressed with its signature Dollar for Deeds corporate social responsibility programme being rolled out across all properties, which encourages guests to opt-in to give back to the community by donating to a range of worthy causes. The brand has a refreshing 'two-way relationship' approach to working with its trade partners which prioritises listening and understanding the importance of feedback, while its transparent approach to workforce engagement and development focuses on the biggest areas needed to make an impact. With unique examples of what they are doing for customers, this is a brand that is looking into the future with the knowledge of where they want or need to grow, and a clear focus on that.”
