Co-created by hospitality powerhouses Questex and the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), The Hospitality Show has rapidly set a new standard for industry events since its launch in 2023, earning two Fastest 50 Awards from Trade Show Executive for outstanding growth and innovation.

A Record of Unprecedented Success

The 2024 event welcomed 4,800 attendees — a 26% increase year-over-year — including C-suite executives, owners, operators, management companies, hotel brands and technology leaders from across the industry.

With 460 exhibitors (a 43% growth), The Hospitality Show has become the must-attend marketplace for cutting-edge solutions and face-to-face networking. It's also become a leading source for insights from influential industry leaders, with past speakers including Geoff Ballotti, president & CEO of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts; Leanne Harwood, senior vice president at IHG Hotels & Resorts; Kevin Jacobs, CFO and president of global development at Hilton; Doreen Burse, senior vice president at United Airlines; and José Andrés, renowned chef and humanitarian.

Building on this momentum, the 2025 event will offer attendees an even richer experience with expanded programming and new features — further cementing its reputation as the place where hospitality's brightest minds and most innovative ideas converge.

The Hospitality Show is more than an event — it's where the future of our industry is shaped,” said Alexi Khajavi, group president, Hospitality and Wellness, Questex.

We're proud to see the show recognized for its growth and impact, and we look forward to delivering even more value for the hospitality community in 2025.”

The Hospitality Show is unique in that it brings together every key stakeholder in hospitality — hotel owners, general managers, operators, leaders from management companies — and that diversity of perspectives leads to real, actionable solutions for their businesses,” said Rosanna Maietta, president & CEO of AHLA.

For 2025, we're raising the bar even higher, with new ways for attendees to connect, learn and discover strategies that will help them succeed in today's fast-changing hospitality landscape.”

What's New for 2025

  • Expanded Show Floor: Attendees can expect an even more engaging product discovery experience this year, with immersive activations including a Startup Zone, home to exciting companies under three years old; an Interactive Zone with an art-gallery-inspired, walk-through format; an F&B Zone complete with tasting opportunities; and a Recharge Zone featuring a puppy park, smoothie bikes and sports activities.
  • Enhanced Education: With 100+ speakers across four content stages — including a new Education Stage with peer-led discussions for hotel general managers — this year's programming is built to deliver insights right where the action is. Three of the four stages will be located on the show floor to keep learning fully integrated with the event experience.
  • THS Connect: The Show will launch a 1:1 meeting program, facilitating curated discussions between qualified buyers and suppliers.
  • Unmatched Networking: Over 14 hours of networking opportunities, from receptions to peer-led discussions, will help attendees take full advantage of this unique opportunity to learn from peers in other markets and make connections that matter.
With new features and additions to conference programming, The Hospitality Show 2025 is expected to further its reputation as an invaluable resource for the industry, bringing the world's top decision makers in hospitality technology and operations together.

Key brands and organizations have already made the commitment to attend, including Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, Avendra, Vision Hospitality Group, Honeywell, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, DIRECTV and much more.
