Situated on a private island with a distinctive horseshoe shape off the Abu Dhabi corniche, the beachfront haven will blend contemporary Italian architecture with Arabian heritage in an exceptional natural setting.

Offering breathtaking views of the sea, the Presidential Palace and the city skyline, the seaside sanctuary will be both exclusive and accessible via a purpose-built bridge, as well as by sea.

The construction and design project will be compliant with the best sustainability practices and curated by the Milanese architectural firm ACPV Architects.

The architecture will embody a symbolic metaphor of glass and gold emerging from the sand, with an interplay of materials and forms that reflect the Emirate’s unique identity and heritage of craftsmanship and luxury.

It will feature a resort with 60 rooms and suites, 30 villas with a private pool and 90 mansions with exceptional sizes and amenities, some with their own private beach or docks. The most prestigious is the 1,200-sqm Bvlgari Villa, featuring a 20-meter pool in its own landscaped private park.

The project includes an extensive range of dining and well-being facilities, including signature restaurants, a 2,000-sqm Bvlgari Spa, a fitness center, a yacht club with a marina, plus a concept store and a Bvlgari Dolci boutique. The curated landscaping offers an unparalleled blend of local heritage and elegant Italian art de vivre.

“This project is a tribute to the timeless elegance and distinctive craftsmanship we bring to all our remarkable destinations,” said Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bvlgari.
