Hilton Cares, launched in partnership with the Hilton Global Foundation and Scholarship America, is a scholarship program for the 2025-2026 academic year designed to create opportunities for growth and advancement for current and aspiring students.

Hilton is proud to award scholarships to 63 community members and 27 Hilton team members.

The program was launched to recognize Hilton’s achievement as the No. 1 world’s best workplace in the world in 2023.

Through Hilton Cares, selected team members and community members will each receive up to $5,000 USD to support education or skill development, empowering them to pursue their dreams and unlock their full potential. Scholarship funds can be used for qualified education-related expenses such as tuition, fees, books and required supplies.

Rooted in the belief that learning should be lifelong and accessible, Hilton Cares was open to all Hilton team members worldwide, as well as high school seniors, graduates, and students enrolled in college or graduate level programs. While the program aims to inspire those passionate about hospitality, recipients are not required to study hospitality.

Eligible programs included post-secondary, undergraduate, graduate or professional studies programs at accredited two- or four-year colleges, university or vocational-technical institutions or CEGEP institutions. By catering to both traditional and non-traditional learning pathways, Hilton Cares supports the varied aspirations of its workforce of more than half a million Hilton team members as well as their neighbors across nearly 140 countries and territories.

The recipients reflect Hilton’s global community, from a first-generation college student studying agricultural communications in the United States, to an MBA candidate writing their thesis on strategic brand management in China, and a group and events sales manager in Türkiye looking to sharpen their AI skills to transform traditional events into immersive journeys.

By investing in lifelong learning and career growth, Hilton is opening doors of opportunity and building a brighter future for the hospitality industry and the communities it serves.
