Strategically located at 1120 SW 3rd Avenue, minutes from I-95 and the iconic Brickell City Centre, Meliá Miami Brickell will feature 110 exclusive residences that seamlessly blend wellness, luxury, and the signature service of a world-class hotel. The launch is part of Meliá Hotels International’s commitment to the Branded Residences model, a growing segment that merges real estate with luxury hospitality. The company has already implemented this concept in standout destinations such as ME Dubai and Gran Meliá Villa Le Corail, and is currently developing similar projects in Seychelles and Budva, Montenegro.

This new development strengthens Meliá’s presence in key U.S. destinations, alongside INNSiDE New York and Meliá Orlando Celebration.
