Conrad Hoi’An and Conrad Bangkok Sukhumvit Queen’s Park will further strengthen the presence of Conrad Hotels & Resorts in the region, while Malaysia is set to welcome its first Tapestry Collection by Hilton property in the historic city of Melaka.

These signings are part of 17 new properties recently announced across six countries. Collectively, these developments will add nearly 4,000 new rooms across key markets such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines, reinforcing Hilton’s position as the fastest-growing hospitality company in Asia Pacific.

“Hilton’s growing luxury and lifestyle portfolio is underpinned by growing customer demand for our brands in resort destinations, urban hubs, and new cities across Asia Pacific,” said Clarence Tan, senior vice president, Development, Asia Pacific, Hilton.

“It also reflects the trust and confidence that owners and developers place in Hilton and our proven ability to deliver strong commercial performance and a resilient business model in a dynamic, fast-growing market.”
Accelerating Luxury Growth: Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts and NoMad HotelsHilton’s luxury footprint continues to grow in South East Asia through its celebrated luxury brands. In Vietnam, Waldorf Astoria’s brand entry in the country’s capital marks a significant milestone, while LXR Hotels & Resorts is set to make a debut with an 80-room retreat on Đảo Xanh island in central Da Nang, a city renowned for its cultural heritage and natural beauty.
Conrad Hotels & Resorts is accelerating its presence in the country, with two upcoming properties – Conrad Hoi An, located along the country’s picturesque central coast, and Conrad Phu Quoc, part of a new multi-brand development set to support the 2027 APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting.

Elsewhere in the region, Hilton will debut its first LXR Hotels & Resorts in Thailand with The Rawai Phuket, a nature-immersive resort on the southern tip of Phuket, deepening the brand’s footprint in high-end leisure destinations across Asia Pacific.

In Thailand’s capital city, Conrad Bangkok Sukhumvit Queen’s Park, perfectly positioned in the heart of Bangkok’s vibrant EM district, will become the second Conrad property in Thailand’s capital, strengthening the brand’s presence in one of Asia’s most vibrant metropolises.

In Malaysia, Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur is set to open in 2026, delivering contemporary luxury in the heart of the city, while Conrad Kuala Lumpur is on track to open in the same year. Waldorf Astoria Bali will also mark its debut in Indonesia in 2027, offering iconic luxury experiences in yet another sought-after destination.

Finally, NoMad Singapore, the first in Asia Pacific, is on track to open in 2026, offering a refined yet unconventional luxury lifestyle experience in the heart of the city.
Lifestyle Expansion: Canopy by Hilton, Curio Collection by Hilton, and Tapestry Collection by HiltonOn the lifestyle front, Hilton is rapidly scaling its presence through a diverse mix of brands tailored to travelers seeking character-rich, locally immersive stays. Tapestry Collection by Hilton will mark its brand debut in Malaysia with a new hotel in the historic city of Melaka, followed by its second property in Thailand with Nivata Koh Samui, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
The brand will also make its Vietnam debut with NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, Tapestry Collection by Hilton – an all-villa retreat blending local heritage with contemporary design.

Building on this momentum, Hilton marked the debut of Curio Collection by Hilton in Thailand with the recent opening of KROMO Bangkok, Curio Collection by Hilton, a design-forward urban hotel that reimagines the city’s cultural heritage as a cabinet of wonders.

Early next year, the brand will debut in Northern Thailand with Kahavadi Chiang Rai, Curio Collection by Hilton, a scenic retreat inspired by Chiang Rai’s historic role as an entrepôt of culture and trade, set amidst lush natural surrounds. In Malaysia, The Nautilus Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, will bring the brand’s signature blend of individuality and design-led hospitality to Langkawi.

Hilton’s lifestyle growth also includes the introduction of Canopy by Hilton in two key South East Asian capitals. Canopy by Hilton Makati will mark the brand’s entry into the Philippines, while Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit will further strengthen its footprint in the Thai capital.

Hilton’s continued expansion in South East Asia reflects its role as a key driver of the company’s broader regional strategy. Across Asia Pacific, Hilton expects to grow its supply of luxury and lifestyle hotels by at least 50% over the coming years, adding to a base of more than 160 operating properties.

This optimism is buoyed by a positive macroeconomic outlook across the region, a rapidly growing affluent and middle class seeking out new experiences and growing investor interest in hospitality as an asset class.

“Today’s travelers are seeking more than just a place to stay – they’re looking for brands that align with their values, offer authentic, enriching experiences, and anticipate their evolving needs. Hilton’s luxury and lifestyle brands are uniquely positioned to lead in this space, combining purposeful design, intuitive service, culinary expertise, and a deep connection to place. As we expand across Asia Pacific, we remain focused on delivering stays that are not only memorable, but unmistakably Hilton,” said Tal Shefer, senior vice president, Brand Management, Asia Pacific, Hilton.
