AN URBAN AWAKENING: SIX SENSES LONDON TO OPEN IN EARLY 2026 (United Kingdom)

Six Senses London, the first UK destination from the Six Senses brand, has confirmed it will open to guests in early 2026.

Set withinThe WhiteleyinBayswater, the restored Grade II-listed landmark has been reimagined byFoster + Partners, uniting classic architecture and contemporary design in the heart of West London.

Six Senses London will feature 109 guest rooms and suites, many with private terraces, and 14 branded residences designed byAvroKOin collaboration withEPR Architects.

Whiteley's Kitchen, Bar and Caféwill bring a spirited, modern approach to neighbourhood dining withmaverick British cuisineand a touch of West London character. Menus will champion local producers and bold, seasonal flavours, while the bar will servecreative cocktailsand the café will offerfarmhouse bakesand small-batch coffee.

Inspired byWilliam Whiteley's original spirit of innovation, it celebrates simple pleasures and the joy of dining that feels familiar yet surprising.

Six Senses Spawill span2,300 sqm (25,000 sq ft)on a single floor, holding space for both movement and stillness. Inspired by London's layers and energy, it blends innovation with ritual, combining pioneering recovery methods with ancient healing practices brought to life through theAlchemy Bar and longetivity medical clinic.

The spa will featureLondon's first magnesium pool within a hotel, a flotation pod and cryotherapy chamber, along with movement studios and personalised programmes designed to restore balance and vitality.

The hotel will also introduce the brand's firstprivate club,Six Senses Place, which will redefine how people come together in an urban setting. A vibrant sanctuary for celebration, purpose and wellbeing, it offers space to connect and thrive. Membership is available by application only.

Six Senses Londonsets a different rhythm for the city, inviting guests to slow down and discover a new way to experience London.

About The Whiteley

The Whiteley is the large-scale reimagining of the former Whiteleys shopping centre in London's Bayswater. Designed byFoster + Partners, The Whiteley will feature 139 modern residences, twenty new shops and restaurants, a cinema, a large-scale gym, a public arts programme and London's flagship Six Senses hotel and spa with 109 rooms and its social wellness space.A joint-venture development between MARK and C C Land, with Valouran as development manager, The Whiteley is set to complete in 2025.

Beyond its footprint, The Whiteley will deliver significant public realm improvements, bringing new life to Queensway for residents and the wider community. Collective investment will revitalise more than half the street's existing fabric, with enhanced pavements, retail and dining offerings, and a new gateway to Hyde Park.
