Expanding its global reach, The Club established a center of excellence in New Delhi and consolidated Revenue Management, Sales, Meetings & Events, Voice, and Web Optimization into one cohesive unit providing 360° commercial services.

In a short period of months, Radisson Hotel Group’s commercial teams, in collaboration with area leadership, operations, sales, and finance teams, crafted a strategy to extend The Club’s exceptional concept to Sales, Meetings & Events, Web and Voice Management.

The Club of Sales Management provides local sales expertise and demand generation where needed, whereas The Club of Meetings & Events Management supports hotels with lead management, both in response time and conversion.

The Club of Web Management helps hotels to invest smartly in extra paid media and optimizes brand web contribution.
