Lycée René Auffray

Presentation:

Lycée René Auffray offers several degrees in catering, patisserie, restaurant and hotel management: Business and Technician Education Council First Diploma / National Diploma / Higher Diploma in Gastronomy.

Through an initial education with internships or block-release training, students awake and develop their skills and knowledge in gastronomy, their sense of customer service and their creativity.

Lycée René Auffray get involved in educational events - Concours Général des Métiers, Georges Baptiste Cup and so on - as well as in charity events, organizing an annual Telethon since 1997.

Exchanges with Germany and China give a real international dimension to our school. We also aim to develop our foreign internships in the coming years.
