BIT – International Travel Exhibition returns to Milan, a historic event organized by Fiera Milano, which since 1980 has brought tourists and travelers from all over the world to Lombardy. It will be held in the pavilions of Fieramilanocity and MiCo, in the center of Milan (click here to see how to get there by public transport). Also confirmed the new formula that sees the first day open to the general public and the other days reserved to industry professionals, tour operators and buyers. The new format was promoted by customer insight by GRS, a research, customer satisfaction, business intelligence and value creation business in the trade fair, including a portfolio of more than 1,000 fairs globally, gathering visitor ratings and last year’s exhibitors: more than 91.6% of BIT participants confirmed Milan’s importance as the ideal city for a tourism fair.
