Omni Hotels Hires New Corporate Manager of Human Resources

Omni Hotels announced that Jason Faust has joined the corporate office and filled the newly created position of corporate manager of human resources. Faust will spearhead the development and implementation of new HR programs, strategies and practices that will help advance and support Omni’s continuing commitment to its workforce.
Faust has over seven years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining Omni Hotels, he was employed by Miller Brewing Company in Los Angeles, California, where he was involved in labor relations policy implementation, employee development and labor negotiations. He also was employed by Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway in Fort Worth and was responsible for negotiating collective bargaining agreements, contracts and corporate policies. Prior to joining BNSF Railway, he performed legal research at Covington and Burling, a law firm in London, England.
“Jason will be an invaluable member of our human resources team,” said Joy Rothschild, senior vice president of human resources. “His years of experience with negotiating union contracts, legal background and organization strengths will help Omni as we prepare to launch new human resources initiatives.”
Faust graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in finance and received his juris doctorate from Pepperdine University, where he graduated with honors.
