Director Residential Villa Sales. Harsh Roopchand has been promoted to the role of Director Residential Villa Sales, where he oversees Six Senses Private Residences and the sale of villas primarily at Soneva Kiri on the island of Kood in Thailand with prices ranging from US$4.5m to US$7.5m, Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi in Thailand and Six Senses Hideaway Con Dao in Vietnam. He reports directly to the Chairman and CEO of Six Senses Resorts & Spas.
Prior to this position Harsh held a dual role within Six Senses where he was Director of Exclusive Products, focusing on marketing the group’s high-end products, and Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO. Prior to this he held various sales and marketing positions at the multi-award winning Soneva Fushi and Soneva Gili in the Maldives, culminating in him being appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing for the two properties.
Harsh earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in International Hospitality Management from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland after completing his A Levels at Harrow School. Prior to joining Six Senses, he completed internships with several lifestyle businesses and hotels, such as Bulgari SPA Neuchatel, Loedstar SA Geneva - Ultra-HNW Events/Marketing, Le Mirador Mont Pelerin, Ca Muse Vicenza, NOGA Hilton Geneva and The Taj Mahal Hotel Mumbai.
