Crestline Hotels & Resorts Appoints James W. Crawford General Manager for the Omaha Marriott

Crestline Hotels &
Resorts, Inc. today announced the promotion of James W. Crawford to General
Manager for the Omaha Marriott which is managed by Crestline Hotels &
Resorts. Mr. Crawford has served as the hotel's Director of Operations
since 2002. The Omaha Marriott is an upscale hotel that offers 299
guestrooms and 12,000 square feet of meeting space.

Mr. Crawford brings more than 20 years of hospitality industry
management experience to his new role. In addition to his successful tenure
at the Omaha Marriot, he has also held management, and food and beverage
positions at Marriott's Tan-Tar-A Golf Resort, Marriott's Maui Resort and
the Des Moines Marriott Downtown.

"It is a pleasure to promote Jim to general manager," said Dave Durbin,
President & CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts. "He has an excellent track
record of success at the property by helping to increase revenue while
improving guest service. We are confident that the leadership skills he
brings to his new position will insure his success," added Durbin.

Mr. Crawford attended Iowa Lakes Community College and holds an A.A.S.
in Business Administration and Hospitality Management. He is active in the
community and participates in Habitat for Humanity and the Children's
Miracle Network. He has won numerous accolades from Marriott including the
2004 J. Willard Marriott Award for Excellence.

The Omaha Marriott

The Omaha Marriott offers 299 guest rooms and suites for business and
leisure travelers. The hotel is within walking distance to the Westroads
Mall, two miles from Boys Town, and two miles from the Miracle Hills Golf
Club. It is also within a short driving distance to the Omaha International
Airport, the Civic Auditorium, the Qwest Convention Center, the Old Market,
and Council Bluffs Casinos. The hotel offers 14 meeting rooms with 12,000
square feet of conference and banquet space, as well as a lounge, and The
Omaha Chophouse which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Additional
amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, and a fitness center with a
whirlpool and sauna. Guest rooms include complimentary morning coffee and
newspaper, work desks, data ports on the phones, and high speed Internet
access.
