Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Ronald R. Smith to Director of Sales & Marketing for the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore. Crestline Hotels & Resorts manages the 238 guestroom hotel which is located two miles from Tampa International Airport in the business district of Westshore.
Mr. Smith joins Crestline from Starwood Hotels & Resorts where he last served as the Pre-Opening Director of Sales & Marketing for the W Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. During his tenure with Starwood he also held sales and marketing positions at the Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport, the Sheraton Burlington Hotel & Conference Center and The Westin Grand, Washington D.C. Ron brings more than 17 years of hospitality industry sales and marketing experience to his new position at Crestline.

Mr. Smith is a native of Tampa, FL and is active in several hospitality industry associations including: Meeting Planners International, the National Business Travel Association, and the Florida Business Travel Association.
