Saraya Islands, the luxurious mixed-use residential destination in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE – announced its participation at the RAK Real Estate Investment Show (Rak REIS 2008), which took place on May 22nd till 24th, 2008. Saraya Islands welcomed a large audience at its booth, which occupied one of the prime locations within the exhibition and showcased the main components of the Saraya Islands project, and closed sales on the release of the second batch of the Lagoon Townhouses in Al Marsa island.
These released residential units provided a major opportunity for potential customers and investors to own residential units at the Saraya Islands destination. The high demand on units has prompted Saraya Islands to close sales on its second release of units in Al Marsa island, which in turn reflected the company’s strong presence in the market and the popularity of its products. The successful first release of the Lagoon Townhouses was during the Sarayana showroom opening during the month of April.
