Novotel Nathan Road Kowloon Hong Kong, the brand’s landmark 80th property in the Novotel Asia Pacific hotels portfolio, has several exciting dining options at Tasca, the hotel’s modern bar and lounge. Set in the heart of the city, on Kowloon’s leading thoroughfare, Nathan Road, the 389-room hotel will be the first contemporary international four-star hotel in the district and the first signature Novotel to be created under the brand’s innovative new “natural living” design perspective.
Tasca Bar Executive Lunch
This month, add some zest to your next business lunch by trying one of the three delectable menus at Tasca. Start with a refreshing salad, choose a selection of tapas and one of the chef’s carefully prepared main courses, and then treat yourself to a sweet (or two!) from the dessert bar.
The tapas selection includes Spanish-inspired goodies, Asian favourites, and inventive fusion offerings. Parma Ham, Chorizo with Pineapple Salsa, Serrano-Wrapped Prawns, Spring Rolls, Wontons and Scallops with Avocado and Cucumber are just a few of the mouth-watering selections available. For main courses, customers can go light with options such as Pan-Fried Fillet of Salmon with Lemon Grass Sauce, or choose the more robust Medallion of Beef with Red Wine Shallot Sauce.
For a late afternoon pick-me-up, the Tea Buffet at Tasca offers an assortment of freshly made cakes and desserts from the pastry chef, as well as a wide range of beverages and complimentary snacks served from 5:30 to 8pm daily.

Jazz things up at Tasca Bar
Celebrated local jazz musicians Allen Youngblood and Skip Moy play a variety of laid back tunes between Thursday and Saturday, from 6 to 8:30 pm at Tasca, with the occasional guest appearances from noted jazz singers. Complimentary deluxe snacks and tapas are served to guests in the bar from 6pm to 8:30pm.
