Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) recently hosted a very unique and inspiring “Leadership By Listening: The Music Paradigm” event at New York City’s Jumeirah Essex House. Conducted for meeting professionals, incentive specialists, and association executives, the event literally seated attendees among a live orchestra during a performance. The orchestra was under the direction of world-renowned conductor Maestro Roger Nierenberg (pictured in the tuxedo), and he led attendees through a very moving and motivating session to show the importance of effective leadership, as it relates to a symphony and an organization.
