Aqua has a strong team and efficient systems in place. As we continue to invest, we are looking forward to further growth in Hawaii and the Pacific.”

“The owner of the hotel is looking forward to working with Aqua who was selected because of their consistent ability to outperform their competition,” said Ron Watanabe, the hotel’s asset manager. “In the past two years we have invested $2.5 million to upgrade the elevators, various fixtures and equipment and believe the property offers excellent value to our guests. The owners were also pleased Aqua agreed with their request to rehire all of the hotel employees, thus insuring the smooth transition of management and operations.”

“The reasonable price-point is positioned perfectly for Aqua’s Lite brand,” added Elizabeth
