Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia, December 2009, - Mr. David Cuddon, the General Manager of The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Natalia Golubeva as the new Russian Speaking Guest Relations Officer.
A graduate from Moscow City of Pedagogical University majoring the faculty of Romance - Germanic Philology specialty on foreign languages, Natalia brings a wealth of hospitality experience from one of the resorts in Bali, elite Russian travel agent and language experience to the Rooms Division of The Laguna Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali. She speaks fluent Russian, English, German and conversational France and Bahasa Indonesia. She will be responsible for delivering personalised service and gracious hospitality as well as ensuring that the needs of all Russian-speaking guests are fulfilled during each and every stay. Natalia will report directly to Mr. Djoni Tatinggulu, the Rooms Division Manager of the resort.
