Omni Hotels & Resorts announced the appointments of top operations and sales and marketing positions for the Omni Dallas Hotel. The 23-story, 1000-room Omni Dallas Hotel, connected to the Dallas Convention Center, is slated to open in early 2012.

Prior to joining Omni, Netzhammer served as Vice President, Revenue Management for Starwood Hotels and is a 25 year veteran of the industry.

Industry sales legend, Harold "Q" Queisser was named Director of Sales & Marketing for the hotel. A 35-year hospitality professional, Queisser joins the Omni organization after serving with Marriott Hotels for more than 30 years, most recently as Director of Affiliate Sales for the Marriott Convention & Resort Network based in San Diego, following sales leadership posts in California and Arizona. Queisser has also been active in PCMA (Professional Convention Management Association), ASAE (American Society of Association Executives, HCEA (Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association) and MPI (Meeting Professionals International).

Ramses Meijer was appointed Director of Sales after joining Omni in 2008 as Director of Sales at the Omni Mandalay Hotel in Las Colinas. Before that Meijer served as Director of Sales for the InterContinental Hotel in Chicago.

Kimy Piland was promoted to Director, National Accounts and is responsible for all segments in the Texas Market.
