With more than 24 years experience in the hospitality industry, Mr Ziemer embarked on his career with Mandarin Oriental in 2003 as Resident Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. He was appointed General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Munich in 2004 and moved to the former Mandarin Oriental, Macau in late 2007 to take on the General Manager role.
