Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Elizabeth Delens to General Manager for the 196 guest room Sheraton Annapolis. The upscale hotel also offers 9700 square feet of meeting and conference space and is located minutes from the center of Annapolis.
Ms. Delens has nine years of tenure with Crestline Hotels having joined the company in 2001 as the Food & Beverage Director for the Radisson Hotel Washington, DC. She subsequently was promoted to Director of Operations for the Holiday Inn on the Hill, Washington, DC, then Director of Operations for the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel. She most recently was the General Manager for the Four Points by Sheraton Washington, D.C. Downtown, also a Crestline managed property. Ms. Delens began her hospitality industry career 20 years ago at the Loews Annapolis Hotel and then opened the House of Blues Hotel, a Loews property in Chicago prior to joining Crestline.
"Elizabeth's knowledge and experience in the Mid-Atlanta region is invaluable, and we look forward to her leadership at the Sheraton Annapolis," said James Carroll, Chief Operating Officer of Crestline Hotels & Resorts. "She brings an impeccable record with Crestline that is indicative of her commitment to excellence in service and operations. Ms. Delens holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from Towson State University, Towson, Maryland. She is a member of Les Dames d'Escoffier and has received numerous industry accolades and awards.
