SPRING – WORK & PLAY

Spring is the season of high energy and fresh inspiration. Capitalising on this dynamism, Langham Place, Beijing Capital Airport’s Spring ‘Work & Play’ meeting packages incorporate video gaming break-out sessions. Delegates can release tension, engage in team building and have a whole load of fun with a wide range of arcade games, including Space Invaders, Frogger and PacMan, plus pool and foosball tournaments during a working lunch at Fuel. Meeting those monthly sales targets will be a cinch after shooting down armies of aliens in Galaga! Spring packages are available from March to May 2011.

SUMMER – REFRESH ME!

In the heat of a Beijing summer, Langham Place, Beijing Capital Airport promises to keep delegates feeling razor sharp and chilled-out with their Summer ‘Refresh Me!’ meeting packages. Cool additions in the summer months include iced coffee and tea service throughout the meeting hours and during a breezy summer lunch at The Place. Refresh breaks in the morning and afternoon feature special juice and smoothie stations where delegates can choose from an extensive range of freshly-made juices, including orange-carrot, pineapple-mango and banana-coconut milk, designed to refresh the concentration, boost nutrients and taste divine. Summer packages are available from June to August 2011.

AUTUMN – PICNIC PACKAGE

The gorgeous lakeside park right at Langham Place, Beijing Capital Airport’s doorstep provides a unique venue for meetings in the refreshing outdoors. As the trees around the lake turn golden, the Autumn ‘Picnic Package’ invites delegates to step outside and take advantage of the full charm of autumn in Beijing with a lakeside picnic lunch. Delegates are provided with picnic blankets, cushions and a basket full of gourmet goodies including smoked salmon, cream cheese and cress sandwiches, roasted spicy chicken wings, fresh seasonal fruit, yoghurt, drinks, cupcakes and handmade chocolates. This is a superb opportunity to take in some fresh park air, relax with colleagues and enjoy the beautiful natural surrounds resplendent in autumnal colours. Autumn packages are available from September to November 2011.

WINTER – LET IT SNOW

As winter descends on the city, Langham Place, Beijing Capital Airport keeps meetings cosy and spirited with their ‘Let it Snow’ meeting package. Making winter wonderful, delegates are offered warming drinks throughout their meetings and working lunch at The Place, along with morning and afternoon hot fondue breaks. Interludes are a real treat as guests can choose from flavour sensations like Swiss gruyere cheese, bisque and brandy as well as 85% chocolate noir fondues, in which to dip skewered corn bread & jalapeño, sourdough cubes, jumbo strawberries, marshmallows and more. Winter packages are available from December 2011 to February 2012.

All meeting packages include eight hours’ meeting room rental (or four hours for half-day); standard meeting set up; built-in LCD projector and screen; flipchart or white board; working lunch; and coffee and tea service throughout the meeting hours.

Langham Place, Beijing Capital Airport’s Perennial Meeting Packages start at RMB390+15% service charge per person for Half Day Meeting Packages and RMB470+15% service charge per person for Full Day Meeting Packages.
