In typical Trump fashion, the newly opened Trump Ocean Club® International Hotel & Tower® in Panama has entered the market victoriously, celebrating tremendous success and generating great response from both locals and international travelers since its grand debut just last month. The first five-star property in the country, the Trump Panama luxury hotel has introduced an exceptional experience blended with superior hotel services and lavish amenities that is unparalleled in the country.
In the first two weeks of opening, Trump Panama was completely sold out -- a record in Panama for a hotel of this stature. The average occupancy has been 70% in the past two months, much higher than anticipated, with the pace of reservations quickly increasing. Guests who have stayed at the hotel praise the exceptionally trained staff, as well as the lavish accommodations and activities. The hotel's three restaurants -- Tejas Restaurant & Bar, BARcelona Tapas Restaurant & Bar and Azul Pool Bar & Grill -- have also become favorites among locals and visitors. Nearly every weekend, all three restaurants enjoy a full house, serving exquisite Spanish influenced cuisine.

The hotel's beautiful meeting spaces -- areas totaling to more than 46,000 square feet of state-of-the-art function space -- have also been in high demand. Even before opening, the property hosted a 900-person wedding event as well as a launch event for a luxury car brand. The hotel houses a grand ballroom, three meeting rooms and an ample pre-function area. Groups can also be accommodated in a variety of open-air areas, breathtaking oceanfront terraces and private restaurant spaces. Already, the hotel's meeting space is quickly being booked up during the weekdays and weekends leading up to the holidays in November and December.

Due to the increasing demand, Trump Panama Executives already had to increase the on-site staff, hiring 100 new employees since opening.
