Matthias Layton previously served as director of restaurants for Eldorado Hotel & Spa, a position he was promoted to in May 2012. He originally joined the hotel as banquet manager.
Before being employed by The Eldorado, Mr. Layton served as banquet manager for the Valley River Inn of Eugene, Oregon. He is a graduate of Moorpark College, located in Southern California. Layton resides in Santa Fe.
