The resort is located between De Vong River and the famous Cua Dai Beach, close to many attractions in Hoi An, such as the historic Hoi An Town, the My Son monastery complex or the Cham Museumin Danang. The resort will feature newly renovated rooms with river, garden or beach views and all provided with deluxe amenities. Other facilities will include a new lobby building, two restaurants, two bars, two swimming pools, gym, spa, conference facilities as well as a private beach area.
The property is currently going through a staggered refurbishment program, whilst still operating as the Hoi An Beach Resort to meet with the U Hotels & Resorts standards. All new and existing employees will pass through core brand training programs to ensure that U Hotels & Resorts Standards and Services are delivered at all times by the launch date of the U Hoi An Beach.
