Prior to joining Lanson Place Hotel, Hong Kong, Ms. Alicia Too has over 25 years of experience with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group where she has held various positions in Guangzhou , Macau and The Excelsior, Hong Kong where she acted in roles from Rooms Division, Sales & Marketing to Hotel Manager in these 3 cities.
Her most recent role was Hotel Manager for Pre-opening period of Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou with management responsibilities over Engineering, Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Culinary and Security.

Ms. Alicia Too is a Portuguese national and Business Administration master degree graduate of Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology . Alicia speaks fluent Portuguese, English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She loves sports and animals, and volunteers at the Hong Kong Dog Rescue regularly.
