This co-optation is effective as from today and for the remainder of Mr. Bouzarif’s term of office (i.e. until the General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2018).
Sheikh Nawaf Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al-Thani, whose appointment was proposed by Qatar Investment Authority, is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Katara Hospitality.
The co-optation of Sheikh Nawaf Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al-Thani will be submitted to shareholders’ ratification during the General Assembly meeting to be held on 5 May 2017.
