Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:HST) will report financial results for the first quarter 2007 on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 before the market opens. Following the earnings release, the Company will conduct its quarterly conference call for investors and other interested parties on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET).
